RICA holds forums on a quarterly basis and during 2006 guest speakers included: Peter Henderson – Director Major Projects and Investment, Network Rail Nick New – Her Majesty’s Railway Inspectorate Andy Dunnett – Leader Network Rail’s Safety Improvement Team Richard Fenny – Director of Maintenance, Network Rail Owen West – Director Achilles / Sentinel By working as a collective force our members are able to gain information and exert influence, which they could not achieve alone.
