RICA Aims and Objectives
The
Rail Industry Contractors Association was founded as AOTLS in 1999 and
consists of many of the leading suppliers to the rail
industry, including contingent labour & safety critical staff.
By working as a collective force our members are able to
gain information and exert influence, which they could not achieve
alone.
RICA holds forums on a quarterly basis and
guest speakers have included:

- Andy Dunnett – Leader Network Rail’s Safety Improvement Team
