RICA Forum - THURSDAY 18th FEBRUARY 2010:
STONEBRIDGE GOLF AND CONFERENCE CENTRE, MERIDEN, WARWICKSHIRE.

Network Rail's Eoin O'Neil and Tony Saunders will give an insight into Network Rail's spending plans and budgets for 2010/11 as well as outlining their palns for the future of Principle Contractors Licences and Plant Operator Licenses. Also RICA will for the first time welcome speakers from both the Department for Transport and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills whose project remits include looking with RICA's help at business opportunitiies in rail, the High Speed 2 proposals, incresed electrification of the existing railway and how Government action could "capture value for the UK economy" for the rail industry. Their reports to Government are we understand to include a view of "rail supply chain issues".
